How fast is the delivery?
Ready-made configuration files are sent by email after payment confirmation. Custom builds have a separate delivery time: check the product description for details.
Can I use the same configuration on console and PC?
Check the selected product for supported platforms, input methods and hardware requirements. A XIM Matrix is required and is not included.
How do I receive future updates?
When an update is included with your package and becomes available, a new download link is sent to your purchase email. Update coverage depends on the package; check the product description, especially for Custom builds.
Is a XIM Matrix included?
No. You are purchasing digital configuration files, not a physical device. You need your own XIM Matrix and the hardware listed for your platform.
