Welcome to EKKStore. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, IT consulting services, configuration services, documentation, and technical support.
By accessing this website or purchasing a service from EKKStore, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced herein.
1. Nature of the Business
EKKStore operates as an independent IT consulting and digital configuration service specializing in the setup, configuration, optimization, and technical support of compatible third-party gaming input hardware, including the XIM Matrix.
Depending on the service purchased, EKKStore may provide:
- Ready-made configuration files;
- Personalized and custom configurations;
- Device setup and optimization;
- Input and sensitivity configuration;
- Technical documentation and setup guides;
- Troubleshooting and technical assistance;
- Other configuration-related digital services described on the relevant product page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EKKStore does not manufacture or sell physical gaming hardware.
2. Independent Third-Party Service
EKKStore is an independent IT consulting provider.
EKKStore is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by any game publisher, platform operator, console manufacturer, or third-party hardware manufacturer referenced on this website unless expressly stated otherwise.
All game titles, product names, company names, trademarks, logos, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party products, games, or platforms are made solely for purposes such as identification, compatibility information, technical configuration, and description of our services.
3. Scope of Our Services
Customers purchase EKKStore's technical expertise, configuration work, documentation, setup assistance, digital materials, and/or technical support, according to the package selected.
Our configuration services operate in connection with compatible third-party input hardware.
EKKStore does not provide services intended to:
- Access or modify game source code;
- Inject code into game processes;
- Directly modify game executables;
- Directly manipulate game memory;
- Circumvent DRM or access controls;
- Provide unauthorized access to third-party accounts or services;
- Unlawfully obtain paid or restricted digital content.
The exact features and materials included with each service are described on the relevant product page and/or accompanying documentation.
4. Third-Party Hardware, Games & Platforms
EKKStore does not control the policies established by game publishers, platform operators, tournament organizers, hardware manufacturers, or other third parties.
Rules concerning third-party input devices, input translation, macros, scripts, automation, alternative input methods, and similar functionality may vary between games, platforms, game modes, and competitive environments.
These rules may also change at any time.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules, Terms of Service, competitive policies, and other requirements applicable to the games and platforms they use.
EKKStore does not guarantee that any particular device, configuration, feature, macro, script, or input method is permitted by a specific game, publisher, platform, tournament, or other third party.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether the purchased service is appropriate for their intended hardware, game, platform, account, and intended use.
By using an EKKStore configuration, the customer accepts responsibility for:
- Correctly installing and configuring the supplied materials;
- Following the provided instructions;
- Verifying compatibility before purchase;
- Reviewing applicable third-party rules;
- Maintaining the security of their own accounts and devices;
- Deciding whether to use individual configuration features.
Use of third-party hardware and EKKStore configurations remains at the customer's discretion.
6. Compatibility & Third-Party Updates
Games, platforms, firmware, operating systems, anti-cheat systems, input systems, and third-party hardware may be modified or updated independently of EKKStore.
Such changes may affect the functionality, compatibility, or performance of an existing configuration.
EKKStore cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with future third-party updates.
Any update coverage or ongoing support included with a particular service will be described on the applicable product page or accompanying documentation.
7. Digital Delivery & Custom Services
EKKStore provides digital IT consulting and configuration services.
Ready-made configurations may be delivered electronically shortly after successful payment.
Custom configurations require personalized work and are delivered according to the estimated completion time displayed on the relevant product page.
No physical product is included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery and completion of the purchased service.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and applicable withdrawal rights are governed by the EKKStore Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.
Because certain products involve immediately accessible digital content or personalized consulting work, different cancellation or withdrawal conditions may apply once digital delivery or performance has begun.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. Support
Technical support is provided through the official EKKStore Discord Community.
Customers requiring assistance should join the server and create a ticket in the dedicated Support section.

Support may include assistance with installation, configuration, compatibility, troubleshooting, and use of the purchased service according to the scope of the applicable package.
Support should be requested through the official ticket system rather than through private messages.
10. Intellectual Property & License
Unless otherwise stated, original configuration files, scripts, documentation, guides, instructions, graphics, and other materials created and supplied by EKKStore remain the intellectual property of EKKStore.
Purchasing an EKKStore service grants the customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the supplied materials for their own use.
Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of EKKStore's intellectual property to the customer.
Without prior authorization, customers may not:
- Resell;
- Redistribute;
- Publicly upload;
- Leak;
- Share purchased files with third parties;
- Repackage or commercially exploit EKKStore materials;
- Claim EKKStore materials as their own;
- Reproduce or distribute proprietary documentation.
11. Unauthorized Distribution
If EKKStore reasonably determines that a customer has unlawfully resold, leaked, publicly distributed, or commercially redistributed proprietary EKKStore materials, access to discretionary services associated with that purchase — including future support or updates where legally permitted — may be restricted or terminated.
EKKStore also reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
12. Account & Service Abuse
Customers must not use EKKStore services, support systems, or website infrastructure for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes.
EKKStore reserves the right, where permitted by law, to restrict access to its services in cases involving fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized redistribution, harassment of support personnel, attempts to compromise EKKStore systems, or other serious violations of these Terms.
13. Payment Disputes & Fraud
Customers experiencing a genuine problem with an order should contact EKKStore Support so that the issue can be investigated.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, EKKStore may provide the relevant payment provider with evidence reasonably necessary to demonstrate the transaction and fulfillment of the purchased service, including order information, digital delivery records, access records, and relevant support communications.
Nothing in this section restricts a customer's legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized, fraudulent, defective, or otherwise legally disputable transaction.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EKKStore is not responsible for consequences resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- Changes made by game publishers or platform operators;
- Changes to anti-cheat or input-detection systems;
- Firmware, software, game, or operating-system updates;
- Third-party hardware failures;
- Incorrect installation or configuration by the customer;
- Use outside stated compatibility requirements;
- Failure to follow supplied instructions;
- Enforcement actions independently taken by third-party games or platforms.
EKKStore does not control and cannot guarantee decisions made by third-party companies concerning account warnings, restrictions, suspensions, hardware restrictions, compatibility, or permitted input methods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. No Guarantee of Specific Gameplay Results
Configuration performance can be affected by factors outside EKKStore's control, including hardware, peripherals, game settings, firmware, network conditions, game updates, individual preferences, and user input.
EKKStore therefore does not guarantee any particular gameplay performance, competitive result, ranking, accuracy level, or other specific outcome from using a configuration.
16. Changes to Services
EKKStore may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features of its services where reasonably necessary.
Changes made by third-party games, platforms, hardware manufacturers, or other external services are outside EKKStore's control.
Where a purchased package includes a specifically defined support or update entitlement, that entitlement will remain subject to the conditions communicated for that package and applicable law.
17. Privacy
Personal information associated with purchases and support requests is handled according to the EKKStore Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Information may also be processed by third-party service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, deliver digital services, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
18. Governing Law & Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EKKStore and the relevant transaction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to them under applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
EKKStore may update these Terms of Service when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our services, business operations, legal requirements, or third-party systems.
The version published on the website will indicate the terms currently applicable to use of the service, subject to any rights already established under applicable law.
