Refund policy

At EKKStore, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital consulting services and configuration tools for gaming devices.
Due to the nature of our products (intangible, instantly delivered digital files), the following refund policy applies:

1. ❌ No Refunds for Digital Goods

All sales are final. Once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Claiming non-compatibility without reading product instructions

• Claiming product not as expected without valid technical proof

2. 📦 Instant Delivery = Final Sale

All EKKStore products are delivered instantly and automatically after payment.
Due to this, refunds are not possible as the product cannot be “returned.”

3. 🚫 Abuse or Fraudulent Claims

Chargebacks or false refund claims filed after receiving and using the product will result in:

• A permanent ban from purchasing again

• Revoked access to updates or future support

• Reporting to the appropriate platform/payment provider

We fight every fraudulent claim with documented delivery, screenshots, and user license proof.
