EKKStore provides digital consulting services and optimized configuration support for third-party gaming devices, specifically the XIM Matrix.

  • Our products are not cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized software.
  • We deliver legal, personalized assistance and configuration scripts designed to optimize gameplay experience through the XIM Matrix, a commercially available hardware-based input translation device.
  • The XIM Matrix is a legitimate device and not considered bannable by platform or publisher standards.

Consulting-Based Products

All products offered by EKKStore fall under IT consulting services for gamers seeking help configuring and optimizing their XIM Matrix settings.

Each purchase includes:

  • A custom digital configuration or script based on publicly available game mechanics.
  • Documentation, guidance, and step-by-step setup instructions.
  • Optional support for installation or compatibility issues.

Legality and Compliance

Our services:

  • Do not modify, interfere with, or alter game code, memory, or files.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our consulting services:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds will be issued once configuration files or consulting materials have been delivered.
  • Each configuration is unique and constitutes completed consulting work.

Support & Responsibility

EKKStore offers limited support via Discord or email for up to 14 days following purchase.

We are not responsible for issues that arise from:

  • Incorrect setup or deviations from our instructions.
  • Misuse of third-party hardware or software.
  • Improper alterations to the provided configuration.

Intellectual Property

All scripts, configurations, guides, documentation, and content provided by EKKStore are protected as intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Resell
  • Share
  • Leak
  • Redistribute

any content in any way, whether publicly or privately.

If a customer is found reselling, leaking, or redistributing our content, EKKStore reserves the full right to immediately and permanently cease providing updates, support, or future configuration improvements to that customer without refund.

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which EKKStore is registered.
